Booking terms & conditions:
To secure your apartment we will require a 50% deposit.  The balance will be due one month before your arrival and payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer to our UK or Egyptian accounts

Cancellation Policy:
The following charges will be incurred:
​Less than 4 weeks 100%
4 – 6 weeks 70%
6 – 8 weeks 50%
8 – 10 weeks 25%
More than 10 weeks 0%

​Damages:
There will be a charge for any damages or losses at cost replacement price. Any damages or losses should be reported immediately to our team .
